I had already tried to find a specific product at like 4 other places. Was beginning to lose hope and they had it! One of the employees was even going to check at another place connected to them that had just closed. Definitely a great place and great customer service.

Walked into my fav dispensary spot today, got some hot products that are on the market right now, heard that they gon be opening up a bbq spot in the back of the shop, so I'll be goin around there to check out some of the stuff they got.

Customer service was amazing, unfortunately product is not. I ordered some shatter and upon opening the package found it to be ooey gooey and not solid like shatter should be. Not sure how I'm going to get it out of the package without wasting most of it.

They are excellent at replacing your product with something as close to what you asked for if they don't have enough to cover your order. I have ordered some prerolls online a couple of times now and they were short by one or two but made sure to give me a product very close to what I asked for. Always friendly and welcoming. I just moved to Longview and this quickly became my go to spot just based on the service with a smile and atmosphere.

I first started visiting the happy crop shoppe, back in 2016. I have always had a good time and ease finding what I want. Their staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. All locations are kept clean and well represented with a great atmosphere . The huge selection of brands and wide range of quality is perfect. The prices are competitive and fair and the rewards/loyalty program is a wonderful help and fun to hear the staff say : you have 10$ off. If you are looking for a great place to shop for all your green needs I’m more than sure they got you covered.

Top Crop in Corvallis is amazing! Each team member is always willing to go out of their way to make sure your questions, no matter how odd you might feel, are answered and you feel comfortable with your product. They work great together working to help you find what you need and always understanding if something doesn't work out. Ive been a long time (11 years! ) customer of the og HQ. I absolutely love the new location too! Its so spacious and cute! They bring the same high vibes and top notch customer service as always. I notice they have a more curated selection of flower and I love the new walk up edible display! Im always looking for my top shelf concentrates, and they never disappoint. The flower is all hot fire and you can not beat the service there. Last time I was in I told them “dealers choice” on the flower and they knocked it pit of the park.

I have been going to weed again in Eugene for the last 6 years the service has always been great and they had always showed respect to the Veterans with 25% off. As of today 3/17/26 they will no longer show the Veterans any respect or Seniors. Those discounts have been replaced with some lame points system that makes little sense. They do how ever still offer a happy hour discount for anyone 21 and over that cares to back them selves inside the lobby. Yeah happy hour discount but screw the Vets. The own of the shop was on hand and tried to give me a bunch of hokum how they don’t get reimbursed from the discount… and how taxes this and that. So just so you all know the dispensary at the bottom of 30 has vet discount as does the one in Goshen as does the one at the Medication station in cottage grove as does just about every shop I’ve called.
