Sadly, I am abandoning Floyd's. I have been a happy customer for years. I preorder and have not had any troubles until recently. When I go in I am told that what I've ordered is 'out of stock' and then a substitute is promptly suggested. This has happened to me during the last four times I've ordered my preferred bud. And in the years prior it didn't happen once. I see a pattern here and I'm certain I'm not the only one who is experiencing this.

Recommend visiting. Lovely location and has a great view of the Bay Area and is connected to a nature trail. Can not wait for Covid to improve so that we can use their patio deck area and enjoy a joint while looking at the water. Fun place to visit. Good prices. I look forward to staying in discovery bay again

Drove up from Oregon while I was visiting and drove over to Long Beach,Wa since it was only 40 mins away and went to this dispensary and I love it. Best weed I have gotten and I was comparing Colorado weed where I live with Oregon and Washington State Best to me is Washington them Oregon and then Colorado. Older gentleman was very friendly and helpful and I walked iut with a jar of joints 8 ct total and a Phat Panda 1gm Green Crack cartridge. Prices weee cheaper than any. Oregon doesn’t have sales tax at all but price before tax in Wash was cheaper than even Colorado. Thank you for treating great for my first visit to Washington state to try your cannabis. It is fire. This place is a great place to cop some good weed.

I go once a week and have been for more than a year. I’ve met nearly all of the staff. They really make en effort to understand what you are looking for. They really nerd out on cannabis if you let them! I’ve learned so much from them and it only has resulted in awesome highs. They never push a product. I never feel I’m being “sold to”. Last point: I drive from Stanwood 30 min away just for the strains/peeps.

I love the online ordering option. Always friendly vibes. When I first started smoking, they helped me find great strains for exactly the type of high I was looking for. They also have a 25% off discount for military/veterans. Obviously military can’t really use it, but it’s awesome for veterans! Thank you Western Bud for your appreciation of military men and women!

Pound for pound the best customer experience in Florence. Knowledgeable staff with decades of experience. Comparable products and competitive pricing. Much better consistency across the board over competitors. Overall, it's not worth wasting time, energy, or resources going elsewhere. I've learned that the long time local business is family owned and operated and it really shows in the care and thoughtfulness they demonstrate with their customers especially with elderly people who have more specialized needs.

The best prices for great weed that I’ve ever seen. I’ve been to exactly ONE very slightly cheaper one (like, by a few dollars), but the weed wasn’t as good. Everywhere else in Florence is far more expensive for the same stuff. I’m one to think everything is expensive, so when I see something that’s comparatively inexpensive AND it’s good? That’s awesome. Plus, they’ll usually help you find more bang for your buck (there are deals all the time). The service is great. Everyone there is kind, asks how I am, remembers what type of thing I like (“Why aren’t you dabbing anymore?” “I think you’ll really like this flower.”), asks about my family, just, like... all things that make me feel like they’re your friends. I have severe social anxiety and it’s pretty much the only place where I can talk to people on my own, AND without feeling judged. I’ve been going here for over a year and a half, and everything’s been so great with them that the only time I buy from other places is when I’m in Eugene and it can’t wait. Overall, very impressed. Have always been impressed with them and will continue to go here for years to come.

I've been to 10 dispensaries in Southern/Middle Washington. This is my favorite shop so far. It's the only shop where I totally trusted the workers were listening to me and not just trying to push some product. The vibe was 100% positive. Uncle Ando's had a few odd products I couldn't find anywhere else.

This place is beautiful. I mean it. Not only is it stuffed full of amazing products at really good prices, but it is covered in a literal jungle of plants. Every time I have come into this store, there is good music playing. And the budtenders are very knowledgeable and kind. Best customer service at a pot shop I've ever had.

The store is beautiful. The products I found are quality, displays are in inviting . I’ve been in this store three times. Myself and the same friend, both of us found the one Bud Tender ( male, long hair, glasses) is always sarcastic and this last time very rude to my friend. I refuse to have him help me . Next time I will call him out. Younger gentleman with blonde hair, glasses is very knowledgable and friendly.

Hands down the best dispensary in the area, and best dispensary I’ve ever been too. It’s a cozy atmosphere, and the employees are nothing short of amazing. Truly a kind, and caring bunch who always ask how we are doing, asks how my family is doing, and it’s genuine. The products and prices are good, and I’ve never been disappointed. Absolutely the best dispensary in America. Second place is not even playing the same sport, let alone in the same league. I visit my sister in this amazing small town, and get the absolute best quality products for amazing deals every single time. They have a mix and match policy by tier. Want 6 different strains for your top shelf ounce? They charge you the same unit price. Need a 25 dollar OZ? They never let you down. Real talk, I have been to most states and most of the go-to places. Oregon is the best state, House of Dank is the best dispensary. (Higher Elevation in Bend is second place)

The people here were so nice. They are closed for remodeling, but I have been told they will be reopening soon:) I can't wait to see Chelsey again!
