Customer service was amazing, unfortunately product is not. I ordered some shatter and upon opening the package found it to be ooey gooey and not solid like shatter should be. Not sure how I'm going to get it out of the package without wasting most of it.

They have the best stuff for great prices and they have birthday discounts!

Tokyo Starfish is hands down my favorite shop in Bend! The prices are great, the budtenders are all extremely helpful and some of the best bud I have ever had.

I really like the staff here. Good herb and nice layout. Great location too right off the parkway on the south end and lots of parking. The young guy from WA was super nice and helpful.

The people who work at T3 are top notch. I do occasionally shop at other dispensaries but this one is my favorite because of the service and knowledgeable staff.

I rarely write reviews. I will this time only cuz I’m shocked how many negative comments are here and low ratings over petty things. This is literally the best weed shop I’ve ever been to, and I’ve shopped in three states for the entire decade or so it’s been legal. These folks communicate well, without talking out their a** like most of the budtenders I encounter elsewhere. If they don’t know the answer to a question, they admit that. They don’t just tell you a bunch of buzz words to dazzle you into a sale. On the other hand, they patiently teach me all sorts of stuff about terpenes, delivery mechanisms, etc. any time they aren’t too busy. For the first time in my life, I’m able to walk away with actual medicine, not just a bunch of pretty stuff that smells good. I’m able to get real relief without as many unwanted side effects. You might pay less other places, but you will get what you pay for in terms of both quality of product and quality of personal interaction. Also, while I don’t love the local charity they choose to rally behind, I DO love that they try and give back to the community in that way. I especially appreciate that I can be trans, disabled, and autistic and still be treated with complete respect and kindness there :)

I was recently told about Cloud 9 from a friend, so I decided to try it myself. I am so glad I did, I firmly believe it is the best dispensary in town. Not only in it's product (which is top notch) but staff as well. Let's face it, if the staff are shitty then who's going to buy from you. I am more than happy with my choices, the staff were very knowledgable and helpful. Especially for Taylor and Charity! Those girls know their stuff. Go to Cloud 9, you will not be disappointed I assure you!!

When I went to visit Weed Again, it was a great experience. My first impression walking is was giving a chill vibe. My bud tender Glenn was VERY VERY knowledgeable about every product I asked about and that shows how much he knows about the product in that store, which doesn’t happen with most bud tenders I run into at other shops. Glenn’s energy and customer service was dead on and helping me understand what I was buying and what effect it gives. Very polite and professional and I will DEFINITELY be back for more product and to visit my bud tender Glenn. Overall, great staff!!! Thanks Weed Again.

Amazing I have never had a bad experience in any dispensary They are generally pretty pleasant places to visit But I have aleays shook my head at the prices ugh Not here tho Outstanding and very aggressive at finding discounts ( I am a Vet and an old man) Do yourself a favor and stop by Plus very friendly hours of operation My only stop going forward from here ! I live near the SR area. But despite that, have tried offerings from most of the many dispensaries to be found in Bend; at this point Cannabis Nation in Sunriver tends to beat almost all of them price-wise on most things. It’s not only convenient for me, but in 2023 their pricing blows many Bend dispensaries out of the water. Plus regular rotating sales and a points program! I was a customer from the very beginning of the being built, and it has gotten better and better over the years, in every way. The quality of their products is great, it’s not an enormous store but tends to be quite a well-curated selection of products in each category. I almost always use cartridges, prefer live or cured resin based cartridges or the occasional edible. I sometimes wish I still smoked bud itself just to have more access to selection, but the fact is I love this place. Sales are frequent and generous, and the base non-sale pricing on most items is more then fair to be begin with. Some things more noticeably pricy than others, but usually because it’s a particular brand or something like brand-specific (Pax) pod and not their fault. Their in house Cannabis Nation branded live resin carts are quite good ones, but some of the more expensive. They have a good number of in-house flower options as well, but plenty of products from the most well-loved regional & “artisinil ” brands too. Their prices match or beat pretty much anywhere in Bend, they blow Oregrown out of the water on that one - so much more affordable. The environment is cozy and welcoming, staff are great, and there’s even a rewards program you can enroll in by becoming a (free) member! The points accumulation is not bad at all either. I recommend the Sunriver Cannabis Nation highly. It’s just too bad they no longer use Leafly or the other biggest Med/Red apps to post their menu or allow orders to be placed. You still can on a certain website, but I’m afraid if I name it here it could be a no-no. If you,re curious do a web search. Seriously my favorite and local place.

I've been shopping at DRC for several years now. It's a beautiful dispensary with a great selection of quality products. Reasonable prices. But the bud tenders are the best. They are why I keep going back. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and give great customer service. This town has some good dispensaries, but DRC is a cut above the rest.

They moved to Mill City after the fire that burned the original location down. It’s reopened for business with the famous customer service, selection and prices!

I am in love with the drive thru feature. As a single mom its hard sometimes to go to dispensaries because kids are not allowed. BUT K9 lets you pull up and your order is handed to you. Super awesome. The parking lot guy, Randy is friendly always smiling and very knowledgeable. This is a must for single moms on the go!
