I’m from Eugene but every time I visit family in Bend I always stop by Substance on division. They are always so welcoming, helpful, and prompt. I’ve always had great experiences each and every time, and I highly recommend this place to people I know

The shop is big with easy parking. I enjoyed my bud tender and they recommended some fire Vanilla Orange Sprinkle.

Amazing I have never had a bad experience in any dispensary They are generally pretty pleasant places to visit But I have aleays shook my head at the prices ugh Not here tho Outstanding and very aggressive at finding discounts ( I am a Vet and an old man) Do yourself a favor and stop by Plus very friendly hours of operation My only stop going forward from here ! What a great place - clean environment and a really friendly bud tender. The GM was there and came out to say hi also. There is a coffee shop next door, and they offered me a discount on the coffee. Really good product selection, bought an eight which was fire. Staying next door so I’m going to come back. Huge parking lot makes it really easy.

I don’t typically leave reviews but Tiffany is one of the sweetest people, truly a great first experience for the dispo itself and first experience at a dispo in Cali. She was absolutely wonderful and very helpful and informative. I will be back when I visit Palm Springs again

My sister and I love coming here. They have great deals on flower and edibles. The budtenders are always so nice, and helpful, when I come in. They even helped me find a strain that would relieve my anxiety!

The shelf life isn't the greatest but it is close by and I like to try different density of strains to enjoy. Pleasant employees.

Solid place! Clean and great prices. After inspecting my flower I can say it's been handled correctly and shows a proper cure. Did my first leafly order here and had no idea what the process was like. Everything was prepared for me when I walked in. The price was also cheaper than what I was quoted on leafly! Daquon was great and just seems like an all-round chill dispensary. Not flashy which is the way I like it.

This lovely old Sorority house has been covered into one of the best dispensaries in the state. All of the bud tenders there are well equipped to help guide your purchases wisely. They are all educated with the knowledge and training to help you get what you really want, at the best possible price. Gary (one of the senior Budtenders) is especially attentive and extremely knowledgable about all things Cannabis; is one of the best Cannabis consultants I’ve ever encountered. (Pro tip:) I highly recommend joining and using their loyalty points program. It is the most generous version of a Loyalty program than I’ve encountered in any other dispensary.

I am in love with the drive thru feature. As a single mom its hard sometimes to go to dispensaries because kids are not allowed. BUT K9 lets you pull up and your order is handed to you. Super awesome. The parking lot guy, Randy is friendly always smiling and very knowledgeable. This is a must for single moms on the go!

I've been shopping at DRC for several years now. It's a beautiful dispensary with a great selection of quality products. Reasonable prices. But the bud tenders are the best. They are why I keep going back. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and give great customer service. This town has some good dispensaries, but DRC is a cut above the rest.
