Great place but a little disappointed after driving 45 minutes to find they wouldn't honor what was on my invoice, saying 1 ounce was the limit. If so, they shouldn't have sent back the Leafly invoice showing my more ordered products if they weren't going to fill it all.

Everybody is friendly and professional from the security to the counter staff .. call ahead service is great along with the selection.. A++

Coming to Greengold is like visiting friends and family. First thing you notice is how clean it is. It even smells clean when you walk in . The product is amazing and I love the options: I particularly like the tinctures. That being said , what stands out the most Is the staff. The customer service is the beat around ,for sure. I have chosen The Hempest as my favorite pot shop in Northampton. It reminds me of the Oregon Coast shops I used to live near. The product has been top notch. the folks there are friendly, the prices are fantastic. There is a nice vibe in there, people are enjoying working there, this is a good spot.
