A very bright, bubbly, beautiful welcoming smile, gorgeous..oh and by the way amazing hair..Just down to earth... super chill she made the experience wonderful and better than usual and the staff is amazing there. I love this dispensary. They carry what I am looking for and the staff are helpful and don't make me feel rushed, even when there is a line behind me. There are always discounts from the manufacturers I don't seem to ever get elsewhere but which are always on here, often with a 42% discount! Try Galaxy products, especially Permanent Marker. This strain was suggested to me some years ago and is my go to- with the manufacturer discounts about $130 an ounce! It's a wonderful strain made by this company who almost always has discounts. (marked at $180 oz less 42%)

It was the first time in a dispensary where I encountered a very friendly clerk with abundant knowledge. Her name is Julissa. I had a lot of questions to figure out the strain and the dosage for my issues. She was great at picking the right one for me. It is farther away, but I will return here for my medical marijuana needs. Thank you, Julissa; you should get a raise!

I’d like you to carry more products from Airo. You seem to always be running low or out of them. It would also be helpful if you could either have a Doctor on staff or a list of recommended physicians that medical marijuana patients could go to for renewing their IL Medical Marijuana cards with.

Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

Beautiful place and atmosphere, everything felt very professional. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Since they had a 15% off sale going on, I was told my first-time 15% discount can be used any time I come by again. Will definitely go here more!
