Place is great - super fast, great prices, nice people. I'm not the kind to sit and browse and make a whole day out of it, and really appreciate that they can cater to both types of shoppers. Great spot, new favorite, will be my go to for a long time.

I have been going to weed again in Eugene for the last 6 years the service has always been great and they had always showed respect to the Veterans with 25% off. As of today 3/17/26 they will no longer show the Veterans any respect or Seniors. Those discounts have been replaced with some lame points system that makes little sense. They do how ever still offer a happy hour discount for anyone 21 and over that cares to back them selves inside the lobby. Yeah happy hour discount but screw the Vets. The own of the shop was on hand and tried to give me a bunch of hokum how they don’t get reimbursed from the discount… and how taxes this and that. So just so you all know the dispensary at the bottom of 30 has vet discount as does the one in Goshen as does the one at the Medication station in cottage grove as does just about every shop I’ve called.

Absolutely the best customer service and "vibe". I'm from out of town, visiting. I went in and got a gram each of 3 flowers. A week later I went back. Same kid (wish I could remember his name)... remembered me. Remembered the previous transaction. Remembered that I was a discount vet. You can't find that kind of employee these days! He will be, what we call, a SUCCESSFUL individual.

The flower is all hot fire and you can not beat the service there. Last time I was in I told them “dealers choice” on the flower and they knocked it pit of the park.

Ive been a long time (11 years! ) customer of the og HQ. I absolutely love the new location too! Its so spacious and cute! They bring the same high vibes and top notch customer service as always. I notice they have a more curated selection of flower and I love the new walk up edible display! Im always looking for my top shelf concentrates, and they never disappoint. This is my spot! Do you want quality for a proper price? Come here. I get an ounce of Indica 27%-31% for no more than $60 usually. If it's your birthday, come in with an ID and get a free reroll. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the products, and they're not jerks. When I first moved here, I tried this place first. Then I tried 4 or 5 other places, but I don't like the quality as well. The staff can be jerks, high prices for what you actually get, etc. After shopping around for about 1 year, I still come back to this place every time.

Top Crop in Corvallis is amazing! Each team member is always willing to go out of their way to make sure your questions, no matter how odd you might feel, are answered and you feel comfortable with your product. They work great together working to help you find what you need and always understanding if something doesn't work out. With my PTSD+ I never feel uncomfortable in their space which is such an amazing feeling. Truly appreciate the Top Crop team in Corvallis!

Customer service was amazing, unfortunately product is not. I ordered some shatter and upon opening the package found it to be ooey gooey and not solid like shatter should be. Not sure how I'm going to get it out of the package without wasting most of it.
