The service is the best in the country. They have a great selection and the prices are the best I have found in Illinois. They have rewards and it adds up fast. You can order online or just stop by/walk in. If you have questions they have knowledgeable Bud tenders who don't BS or push the old stock on you. I will definitely keep coming back. I love how knowledgeable everyone is. I’m a medical marijuana patient, I can tell them my symptoms, and they come back with a large assortment of products to help me get through the day. They hire only the best people to help you on your stoner journey, I'm a frequent flier and have convinced all of my friends to try their products (they all give thumbs up!). They aren't the closest store but I still drive the extra 20 minutes for the environment and quality of product. Their deals are insane and having an account is way more than worth the effort of standing there telling someone your name and number.... which is so nerve-wracking. Love these people, love their store, also there are some bomb ass munchies right next door.

Was a little hard to find my first time; look for the Lucid sign near some high voltage lines along Auburn Way, same parking lot as a coffee stand - it's a small shop with frosted windows towards the back of the complex. Staff were friendly and flower selection seems pretty good with both quality and budget options - ounce of Zoo Dawg I got from them looks great! Was not busy early evening on a Saturday - easy in and out, good online order experience. Definitely keeping them in mind next time I need to run errands near Kent/Auburn!

I found my spouses favorite strain here (Point Break) in a jar of pre-rolls from Phat Panda. A little pricey, but it was an entire oz which was phenomenal

All of the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The budtenders are more than happy to share their experiences and mini reviews of taste with different strains and are prepared to make recommendations on the spot. They are always getting new inventory and also the returning favorites, and running out of weed is almost something to look forward to so I can return and experience their customer service again.
