Ignore my ratings on service because I couldn’t end up going in, I am a med patient and can only go in medical dispos because of my age. Not their fault at all but Leafly lists them as med and rec, they are ONLY rec.

I’m from Eugene but every time I visit family in Bend I always stop by Substance on division. They are always so welcoming, helpful, and prompt. I’ve always had great experiences each and every time, and I highly recommend this place to people I know

I did my research beforehand so I knew what I wanted before I got in, but the ladies who helped my local friends and I were very helpful, chill and gave personal recommendations. Amazing high quality cannabis, all organic too. The budtender was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and she was so nice. It's in the walking complex next to goodlife; took me a little bit to find it, but I'm so glad I made it in. 10/10 would recommend.

Contrary to another review, they ask you to lower your mask for literally 5 seconds so they can see your face to match your ID...all while behind a giant plexiglass divider. Some ppl like to exaggerate I guess. Overall, great selection and knowledgeable staff. Definitely check it out.

Green Cross is a nice dispensary. It’s not all pre-measured flower so you can actually see and smell what you are getting. It’s right in the way to Mt.Bachelor. They have ounce deals quite often in the $40-60 range. I do shop here regularly.

BEST DISPENSARY IN BEND. They have the best flower and the best hash I’ve found in town. They are so knowledgeable. The two bud tenders that bought the dispensary are so cool. And how cool budtenders bought it. Support local and not culture vultures. I was able to talk to the owners for like 30 minutes and nerd out on hash and flower. They were so knowledgeable and friendly. Never get to talk to dispo owners, usually they don’t even go into the shops. Nice to have dispo owners that are not culture vultures and are truly passionate. 10/10 recommend. If you want to nerd out call and see when the owners will be there. They told me they love chatting and nerding out/education. And I don’t think they were just saying that to be nice, seemed genuine. Can’t wait to go back. Feels like a made new friends.

I’m from the valley, was visiting for a Bach party. The store was great. Ginger was absolutely amazing!! I was already a HUGE fan of Dr. Jolly’s the brand. This has been my “GO TO” dispensary for several years and I have appreciated their selections and the friendly people who work there.

When I went to visit Weed Again, it was a great experience. My first impression walking is was giving a chill vibe. My bud tender Glenn was VERY VERY knowledgeable about every product I asked about and that shows how much he knows about the product in that store, which doesn’t happen with most bud tenders I run into at other shops. Glenn’s energy and customer service was dead on and helping me understand what I was buying and what effect it gives.
