Customer service was amazing, unfortunately product is not. I ordered some shatter and upon opening the package found it to be ooey gooey and not solid like shatter should be. Not sure how I'm going to get it out of the package without wasting most of it.

Staff was extremely helpful. Picked up my order, then also sought to find something for my better half to sample in the edibles.
