Love these guys! I always get great service from friendly staff. I wish the selection could be better, but it's an isolated location with a small local population, so I suppose it wouldn't make much sense to stock it the same way you would a shop on the mainland.

The best dispensary in all of placer county. The staff is friendly. there are never lines of people. and they have a wide variety of products.

Sadly, I am abandoning Floyd's. I have been a happy customer for years. I preorder and have not had any troubles until recently. When I go in I am told that what I've ordered is 'out of stock' and then a substitute is promptly suggested. This has happened to me during the last four times I've ordered my preferred bud. And in the years prior it didn't happen once. I see a pattern here and I'm certain I'm not the only one who is experiencing this.

I love this place it’s alway’s nice they have a drive through and now they have strawberry cheese cake and coffee best place ever so thankful for them there like family love the people love the professionalism love them! They are fucking rockstars also if you don’t have a lot of money they have great deal’s with a point system love that also! Like I said they are family thankful for them and there service! Came here on a whim and glad I did. The staff was awesome and knowledgeable. A good environment and never felt rushed and everything they had was actually great quality. I will be changing my go to spot right here. 24 hours just sweetens the deal. Keep up the good work guys.

They are so fantastic! I needed a lot of help with so many questions I had when they were out of what I was after.Very patient and fixed me up with a backup strain.Also,the strains that I was looking for are nearly impossible to find,but they have them!(just ran out of one).The prices are good,friendly people(and I can really ramble on)I am very picky about where I shop, this will be only the 3rd store that I will be giving my husband's money to LOL,and I'm sooo happy I found it.Great location you can get off and on the interstate very easy from north or south bound I-5.I can't wait for another visit or online order from Leafly.

This place is great! Very friendly staff. Clean store. Tall guy with the biggest smile ever greeted us! I think it was the supervisors or manager. Definitely great team, nice setup, and decent prices.

This dumb out-of-state newbie to legal cannabis (from a very anti-cannabis state) very much enjoyed their very first visit to a dispensary! I did my research beforehand so I knew what I wanted before I got in, but the ladies who helped my local friends and I were very helpful, chill and gave personal recommendations. I would very happily visit again!

Contrary to another review, they ask you to lower your mask for literally 5 seconds so they can see your face to match your ID...all while behind a giant plexiglass divider. Some ppl like to exaggerate I guess. Overall, great selection and knowledgeable staff. Definitely check it out.

These folks know their stuff *and* they genuinely care about the people who come in. The specials are good and they always return phone calls. I feel welcome and respected there. Warm atmosphere.
