Herb's House is my favorite dispensary in Seattle. Friendly and knowledgeable budtenders, products I love, and they fulfill their online orders quickly, but I still feel like I can ask for additional items without being rushed out the door.

What a great shop. Everyone is super nice, Mike is awesome. They all are. They have great prices products and sales. The reward program is also very good. Today I spent 200 and everything I’ve tried is really good. I can’t say enough good things about this dispensary. The staff is the best part.

We went into Agate Dreams chasing a favorite grower and strain. We are so glad we did. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't try to rush the sale. Great selection and prices. If your in Paulsbo /Bainbridge island area..stop in.

I love , love, love this place. Visiting from Arizona, and staying with non smokers, I'm very limited on what I can smoke while in Wa. The staff patiently listened to my likes and preferences and my visiting situation, and they got me exactly what I needed. Thank you Higher Leaf for your kindness I was prescribed Marijuana by my doctor because of a catastrophic ear injury. Marijuana helps me deal with my heinous symptoms. The staff at Higher Leaf have gone above and beyond in helping me get my medicine. I order on line, and call from Higher Leafs parking lot to let them know I arrived. They turn off the music before I enter, and a budtender makes sure the door to the store doesn't slam as customers are coming and going. Thank you, Higher Leaf for helping me get through this difficult time.

This is my go to place!!! The staff are incredibly helpful and kind and give me recommendations that I love *almost* every time. When I went in to buy my first piece of glass, the budtender pulled out ALL of the pipes for me to look at and decide what I liked best. They always make me feel comfortable. The products they have displayed and the ATM are mostly away from the counter which makes it more comfortable to look without feeling as though you're holding anyone up. Although they don't have a lot for stuff displayed so definitely chat with the budtender about what you want if you're unsure. Even though this place is no longer on any of my usual routes and hasn't been for months, I still go out of my way to come here. The experience at this place is reliably enjoyable! The only fault is the location of this shop. If you are not familiar with this area it can be difficult to get in/out while driving. The way Aurora works can be hard to navigate and stressful until you get the hang of it.

Used to shop at their Carpenter location since it first opened but the Capitol location is way closer for me. I've been to other shops out of the area and have always been disappointed. Nothing beats this place. Service always top notch. Helpful without being overbearing. Knowledgeable when you need it. Great selection all the time, new names and classic top notch brands. Often an organization succeeds based upon the performance, knowledge, effort, and wisdom of one or two key individuals. Without these key individual participants, the organization would likely and very simply drift into obscurity along with the hundreds of others. Matt Kovarsky overwhelmingly made Novel Tree the place of choice of hundreds of medical and recreational users in the greater Seattle area. We heard recently that Matt Kovarsky is no longer with Novel Tree as of November, 2023. While his defining contribution will and can never be fully undone, Novel Tree will never be even close to the same store that it was with his presence. Matt Kovarsky was THE SINGULAR REASON we chose Novel Tree for so very many years. Now that we hear that he is gone, we find it quite hard not to look for another dispensary. Matt Kovarsky, you will be sorely, sorely missed! Does anyone know where he has gone?

Great visit for someone still learning the ropes of modern cannabis. Grabbed some edibles on sale and the person working was very helpful in explaining the highs of each. Also just felt less intimidating and more efficient than other places I’ve visited.
