I've been going to them before their new location and to the new location and not once did I have any issues with them everyone's awesome to talk to and anytime I felt like trying something different than a preroll they had something ready and so far nothing has disappointed me, can't say the same about other shops but this one is definitely a go to :)

The staff at this shop are highly knowledgeable about the products and have consistently found the best solutions for my needs. They are friendly and helpful. I also really like that the owners of this shop take care of the employees with fair pay and benefits to the point that they will not accept tips/gratuity. I’m an excellent tipper and will always be until we can move to a system where people are paid directly by the employer, not the customer, for their work.

I am a budtender in the Portland area on a visit to Seattle. I’ve been here once before my last trip. The bud is awesome, the bud tender and staff are awesome and they offered me an industry discount. It’s the only shop I’ve been to in the area, but there’s really no reason to go anywhere else for me, as it’s extremely convenient as well. Top knotch shop! Thank you :)

Great visit for someone still learning the ropes of modern cannabis. Grabbed some edibles on sale and the person working was very helpful in explaining the highs of each. Also just felt less intimidating and more efficient than other places I’ve visited.

They turn off the music before I enter, and a budtender makes sure the door to the store doesn't slam as customers are coming and going. The staff at Origins were incredibly friendly and inviting. I was helped right as I could walk in and was informed on all new products that were in. The manager, Jonny, was very educated on the items in the store. Ended up picking a cartridge and was told about a different one that would be about the same price and more of what I was looking for. I went to pay at the register and figured out I was a couple bucks short so I was going to walk to the ATM. The manager told me not to worry about it and sent me on my way. I was floored, they do it well at Origins and take care of their customers and it definitely showed here. Definitely gonna double dip on tip next time.
