Great visit for someone still learning the ropes of modern cannabis. Grabbed some edibles on sale and the person working was very helpful in explaining the highs of each. Also just felt less intimidating and more efficient than other places I’ve visited.

Bright green exterior makes it really easy to see, even in typical PNW weather. Best selection of pre rolls I've seen so far. Budtenders seem really knowledgeable and eager to help you find what you need. Dude with the beard told me about a CBD stick I hadn't seen before for back cramping. Highly recommend if you're in South Everett or just coming off the 5/405.

This was my go to store. Unfortunately the strip mall had a fire (spring 2022) and everything has been shut down. Hoping they will reopen (here or at a new site)

This is my favorite Access Point of all. I never find better medicine and the suggested donation price is always perfect. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating.. I always leave happy! I have been going here for over a year and have recommended this "joint" to many! Check them out!

Just moved here from Texas and this little shop is right down the road from me. The staff here have been nothing but welcoming and knowledgeable as I adjust to this new "Legal" life lol. Shout out to Graham! Big fan of their prices, especially on their 2 pack pre rolls. I almost always walk out with more than I planned to get because they have fantastic deals every day! Out of the few shops here in Mukilteo, this one will always be my go-to!

Thank you Higher Leaf for your kindness I was prescribed Marijuana by my doctor because of a catastrophic ear injury. Marijuana helps me deal with my heinous symptoms. The staff at Higher Leaf have gone above and beyond in helping me get my medicine. I order on line, and call from Higher Leafs parking lot to let them know I arrived. They turn off the music before I enter, and a budtender makes sure the door to the store doesn't slam as customers are coming and going. Matt Kovarsky overwhelmingly made Novel Tree the place of choice of hundreds of medical and recreational users in the greater Seattle area. We heard recently that Matt Kovarsky is no longer with Novel Tree as of November, 2023. While his defining contribution will and can never be fully undone, Novel Tree will never be even close to the same store that it was with his presence. Matt Kovarsky was THE SINGULAR REASON we chose Novel Tree for so very many years. Now that we hear that he is gone, we find it quite hard not to look for another dispensary. Matt Kovarsky, you will be sorely, sorely missed! Does anyone know where he has gone?
