Sadly, I am abandoning Floyd's. I have been a happy customer for years. I preorder and have not had any troubles until recently. When I go in I am told that what I've ordered is 'out of stock' and then a substitute is promptly suggested. This has happened to me during the last four times I've ordered my preferred bud. And in the years prior it didn't happen once. I see a pattern here and I'm certain I'm not the only one who is experiencing this.

Every time I come to shop here I am always greeted as a close friend. I come in the mornings mostly and Scotty, Kyla, Delaney and Emmett are always so wonderful. No matter what weird questions I have or if my indecisiveness gets the best of me, they have the perfect recommendations and so much knowledge to share. This amazing place will always be my number one choice. Thank you Emerald Leaves.

Well it’s busy and on Friday afternoon and 25% sale day it looked to be “4end of the world day “ but that didn’t stop my staff member from helping me with everything to get it right. And prices were fantastic everything I got was nearly on sale .

I love this place, I've frequented various places over the year in Oregon/Washington. They are very kind, helpful and patient. I can kind of bumble around with my questions and interest in various things. I might leave thinking to myself, how annoying are you? But they never make me feel that way. Great place, plenty of space and options.

Today was I think the 3rd time I’ve visited and had a great experience every time, the energy was great and the bud tenders have been so cool and honestly eager to help you find the right vibe you are looking for- providing great information and variety of different options. This is one of my favorite dispensaries in Tacoma, the staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the lemon slushee by fire bros. Chaos helped me today and he was very attentive and friendly. 5 stars all day long!

Employees are all super friendly and eager to teach you more about to products you’re looking to consume. They have great weekly deals to help you save money as well as a points system. Their flower variety is wonderful. So many options to choose from. I like this dispensary more than others because instead of being overcrowded and not being able to get up close with products; they have cases you can go up to directly as well as iPads with their menu to order from for quick and easy shopping. 10/10 recommended.

I'm a regular customer. Ordering online is convenient, and grants some pretty good discounts. The shop always smells amazing, and the staff are equally pleasant. My order is always promptly filled, and ready by the time I get there. My only gripe is that Indica edibles are a bit on the expensive side. Would recommend to a friend.

Every time I walk in, everyone is so sweet and welcoming. I never feel judged for asking questions and everyone is so knowledgeable. This is my go-to shop and despite no longer being on my commute home, I go out of my way by almost 15 minutes because I can’t fathom even looking at other shops

Bud tenders are very nice and really know how to sell their products! Got three recommendations for strains I’ve never had; triangle mintz, cookie kush, and Tony Montana. They are all amazing!

They are so fantastic! I needed a lot of help with so many questions I had when they were out of what I was after.Very patient and fixed me up with a backup strain.Also,the strains that I was looking for are nearly impossible to find,but they have them!(just ran out of one).The prices are good,friendly people(and I can really ramble on)I am very picky about where I shop, this will be only the 3rd store that I will be giving my husband's money to LOL,and I'm sooo happy I found it.Great location you can get off and on the interstate very easy from north or south bound I-5.I can't wait for another visit or online order from Leafly.
