Uriel was my bud tender and he was absolutely awesome! I had to leave the line twice to transfer money and was scared I was being an annoying customer. Uriel was so understanding and kind! I will definitely be back time and time again because of people like him. The entire staff at Ascend River North is top notch. I highly recommend this shop!!

I've been here several times. Def my go-to spot. Always friendly and helpful. Never too long of a wait. Online menu stays very up to date (as soon as something runs out, the site is immediately updated). Great product. Awesome specials. Definitely look into their specials on the site. They also have an early bird special (7am-9am) and twilight special (7pm-9pm) where you can buy 3 of anything and get a 4th for $1 which can help bring down the cost but you can't combine it with other deals. Right now they have the best deals in town on grass (Lula's and High Supply) and concentrates (Lula's and Bedford Grow)

Curbside is the best!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful - i can’t thank them enough ! It’s always a smooth, accurate, quick service. I’m grateful for curbside because there are times I’m unable to go inside the store !!

What an amazing store, the budtenders name was Alexa and treated me so well and told me everything I needed to know about the buds I had acquired and overall gave me a well based experience at a dispensary. Same products I've found around town, at considerably better prices. The in store selection far surpassed the online offerings, so stop in and ask. Nicole was very welcoming and had great recommendations for some pre rolls. From one budtender to another, thanx.

As a Veteran and medical patient, its my go to dispensary. They offer great deals, its much closer than S'fld, and most of all my dog and I enjoy their kind and friendly staff!

the one young lady i worked with was very kind, however the other guy who worked in store was rude.

I enjoyed this dispensary very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Patti. I will choose this dispensary as my first choice. The place was bright and cheerful. Also very clean. There were tons of sales. There is something for everyone.

Litchfield is lucky to have Windy City, great products, prices are decent for Illinois. The staff is alway kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.
