Absolutely the best customer service and "vibe". I'm from out of town, visiting. I went in and got a gram each of 3 flowers. A week later I went back. Same kid (wish I could remember his name)... remembered me. Remembered the previous transaction. Remembered that I was a discount vet. You can't find that kind of employee these days! He will be, what we call, a SUCCESSFUL individual.

The flower is all hot fire and you can not beat the service there. Last time I was in I told them “dealers choice” on the flower and they knocked it pit of the park.

Ive been a long time (11 years! ) customer of the og HQ. I absolutely love the new location too! Its so spacious and cute! They bring the same high vibes and top notch customer service as always. I notice they have a more curated selection of flower and I love the new walk up edible display! Im always looking for my top shelf concentrates, and they never disappoint. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the products, and they're not jerks. When I first moved here, I tried this place first. Then I tried 4 or 5 other places, but I don't like the quality as well. The staff can be jerks, high prices for what you actually get, etc. After shopping around for about 1 year, I still come back to this place every time.

Top Crop in Corvallis is amazing! Each team member is always willing to go out of their way to make sure your questions, no matter how odd you might feel, are answered and you feel comfortable with your product. They work great together working to help you find what you need and always understanding if something doesn't work out. With my PTSD+ I never feel uncomfortable in their space which is such an amazing feeling. Truly appreciate the Top Crop team in Corvallis!

Customer service was amazing, unfortunately product is not. I ordered some shatter and upon opening the package found it to be ooey gooey and not solid like shatter should be. Not sure how I'm going to get it out of the package without wasting most of it.

I rarely write reviews. I will this time only cuz I’m shocked how many negative comments are here and low ratings over petty things. This is literally the best weed shop I’ve ever been to, and I’ve shopped in three states for the entire decade or so it’s been legal. These folks communicate well, without talking out their a** like most of the budtenders I encounter elsewhere. If they don’t know the answer to a question, they admit that. They don’t just tell you a bunch of buzz words to dazzle you into a sale. On the other hand, they patiently teach me all sorts of stuff about terpenes, delivery mechanisms, etc. any time they aren’t too busy. For the first time in my life, I’m able to walk away with actual medicine, not just a bunch of pretty stuff that smells good. I’m able to get real relief without as many unwanted side effects. You might pay less other places, but you will get what you pay for in terms of both quality of product and quality of personal interaction. Also, while I don’t love the local charity they choose to rally behind, I DO love that they try and give back to the community in that way. I especially appreciate that I can be trans, disabled, and autistic and still be treated with complete respect and kindness there :)

Stop reading reviews and just go see for yourself. Mystic moss is hands down the best you'll ever find. He doesn't sell anything but quality, for a better price than anyone. Trust me. Stop wasting more time and go see for yourself!
