This is my preferred place to shop quality products, everyone is always super nice and service is fast. Prices are good too

Really enjoy doing business here, people are always welcomed, the staff generally seem to enjoy helping, they know I like the stickers, sometimes I actually don't ask for any and they're offering me one... Literally the best shop in the county

They are excellent at replacing your product with something as close to what you asked for if they don't have enough to cover your order. I have ordered some prerolls online a couple of times now and they were short by one or two but made sure to give me a product very close to what I asked for. Always friendly and welcoming. I just moved to Longview and this quickly became my go to spot just based on the service with a smile and atmosphere.

Shop is conveniently located next to a gas station, general store, and video rentals. The inside of the store is beautifully done. Large selections of products and paraphernalia with great prices. The flowers and dabs have been awesome. New stuff all the time.

I had to switch numbers and I was told by another dispo in town that because my phone number was attached to my rewards, I had to spend all my rewards because they couldn’t transfer my points to the new number. I went to Zen and they requested the rewards transfer and it will be done in 24 hours! I almost never write reviews but the service I’ve had at zen is amazing and I’m very thankful for their help.

Came up to Tahoe for a show and found this awesome dispensary. Super cool people and a great selection. Steph was my bud tender, so cheerful and accommodating. Staff was super helpful when I got a little overwhelmed with all the choices. 10/10 will go again!

This shop was another pleasant surprise in a weekend full of them. After our new cartridge from home failed, we went looking for some flower. I have been a customer at Pure Aloha for a few years. I always order online first, then quickly receive a rapid text message acknowledging the order, and soon after; most often within 30 minutes, the order is ready! Ordered 12 plants online. Delivery is next day. My driver arrived but my debit card wasn't working. He was very patient and I asked if he could follow me to the bank to get the cash. He was very nice about everything so I gave him a $30 tip. Plants are healthy and green and once I get them acclimated they will go into big pots.
