Okay so I’ve been to most of the dispensaries in the area and I have to say with 1000% confidence that Liberty in Easthampton is the best around. The overall setup of the dispensary is pleasing and as someone who deals with social anxiety having a setup that allows a good amount of space between customers makes all the difference! The employees, THE EMPLOYEES!!! I literally love seeing all of their faces whenever I make a trip and they are always SO nice and welcoming! They always have the best suggestions!! And they’re so personable too, i literally had to write this review because I just love y’all so much! And of course the products are chefs kiss!!! Such good deals for amazing products! I literally will never stop saying good things and sending more people your way! If this doesn’t make you wanna go see what Liberty has to offer idk what will!!

Closest thing to the Portland shops I dug on out there. The Products are high quality and all you need to do is a touch of math to figure out the question of desired potency The cats that tend the place are knowledgeable, friendly and are a model for customer service. Every time i come here, i feel welcomed and the atmosphere is always so kind and chill. The products are amazing for an even better price. They always have such a unique selection for glassware, and i love seeing the usual faces every time i come in. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

I have lupus and have an itchy, painful, rash on the palms of my hands and haven't been able to find anything to help it HOWEVER ~ I just tried Dr. Bob's Botanicals All-In-One Relief salve for the first time, and it IS AMAZING. I've been to Rise numerous times and I am very impressed. The people working at Rise are extremely knowledgeable and for a "novice" like myself it is appreciated. Today I was helped by a gentleman named Samm. He was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and directed me to the products that will help my sleeping condition. He gave me information regarding tolerance breaks (which I never heard of) as well as trying the products sublingually. I never even thought about doing this. Without his help I would have purchased the same product instead of expanding my horizons. Samm was extremely pleasant and courteous. I am definitely going back to RISE and I hope Samm is working when I am there. Rise is lucky to have an employee like Samm!

This is the place I go back to over and over, I've tried many from Portland, Me to all parts of New Hampshire and this place is the top. The gummies are full spectrum and 10mg here is like 20mg at the other shops. The staff are excellent, the place has a warm vibe, not sterile like some places can be. The lab appears to be in the back and you can see some of their workings through large glass observation windows. I drive way out of my way to come here, and you should, too.

I was purchasing concentrates which I’ve used but not in a long time. Sean came to counsel me about the device and product I was getting with suggestions on a different form of concentrate that would work better with the device I was purchasing. During the conversation I told him what I was looking for in the product which was sleep as I was having very disturbed sleep. He recommended Cresco LCP and for the first time in months I was the first one to fall asleep in the house and I stayed asleep. I slept like a kid with no responsibilities for the first time in months. Thank you Sean!!!!

Hi Rachel at Sunnyside Butler, so my thoughts on the Mango Cart are that I thought it was too strong of a Mango taste for me, not crazy about this one. I’ve been coming here for 7 years now and I really have not had a bad experience as of yet, I remember the first time I came in and Trimm waited on me and he still has a smile on his face when you come in! Jen is just so sweet, Maddie is great so is Rachel, everybody has been so very sweet to me over the last 7 years! Great job Sunnyside!

One of the absolute best dispensaries I've ever been too. Of course I support my local dispensary but I've been to a few around and in Pittsburgh as well. Brad and Michelle helped me through one of the worst days of my life. i deal with extremely bad social anxiety and they had some idiot working the door (thank God I never saw him again after that day) that had a nasty attitude and wasn't paying attention to his job which put me in a total panic attack Both Brad and Michelle made it a priority that I was on and helped me breathe thru it. Both even gave me hugs which I desperately needed that day. The overall cool, calm, and kindness from all the employees makes anyone feel welcome... like you've known them for years. Love them all!
