Without a doubt this is one of the nicest dispensaries I've been in. The setup when you walk through the front door is friendly it's inviting it's open. The way they have products displayed for you to see is wonderful and I haven't seen a display quite like there's anywhere else. The staff was friendly they all asked if I had questions multiple times. I'll definitely . be visiting them again

First of all, I want to say that I’ve been loyal to Nirvana dispensary from the very beginning—being there since their soft opening and right through their grand debut. The team there has always been friendly, genuine, and kind, and I truly appreciated the connection I felt with the people who worked hard to serve the community. But my heart breaks to say that my trust has been broken by the higher-ups. I’ve watched the prices climb relentlessly, felt the shifting of policies like a shell game, and seen the soul of this place change before my eyes. It’s like watching something you once cherished turn into just another corporate entity—a betrayal that stings deeply. The final blow came when I couldn’t even place an online order—my small amount of money, the many small purchases I made over the years, suddenly meant nothing. That felt like a slap in the face; it made me realize that the years of loyalty I showed, the support I gave with my hard-earned money, now seem insignificant. It’s a heartbreaking reminder that this is just business, that they’ve gone corporate, and in doing so, lost the heart and community that once made Nirvana special. So no, I won’t be giving a single cent more. I won’t step into your dispensary with my little money anymore, because I’ve been made to feel that my loyalty and my support don’t matter. So excited about this new dispensary. It’s 2 cities away from me but add it to our monthly shopping foray into Goleta. Worth it! Can’t wait for a smoke room sometime in the future.

Great shop, great vibes. I've been to quite a few dispensaries, and this one stands out for the layout of the shop. Very few shops let you wander around and actually pick up a product like you're at the supermarket, meaning it's usually confined behind glass and you need one-on-one help with a tender, but here you can browse at your leisure. I usually research online for what I want beforehand, so I can't attested to their knowledge of product, but they always have new product and cultivars that I want to try. yes, they can get crowded, so it's best to go during off-hours, so you don't feel rushed, but kudos for trusting the customers with being able to touch the product. Also, since it's inevitable that a person will open something, check to see if it's been opened. One last note; taxes are high in Slo, so expect that. I've read about high taxes in other reviews, but that is something that should be taken up with local gov and not the business itself. Everything on the Central Coast is expensive, but the prices before taxes are competitive. I know because I research what others are charging from here all the way down to Lompoc. It's true you won't get many "deals" though.

Absolutely better than anything in phoenix. I use tincture or RSO for my condition and I found my new source here. Coming from Phoenix I’ve been using Drip for years. I would never buy that brand again. The Mary's Medicinals The Remedy THC .44oz Tincture is so much better. The taste is amazing and the effects actually work now. I will definitely be stopping here from now on. Thank you!

LOVE THEM!! picked up some dank flower and the service here is wonderful, wish y’all had the Left Coast Extracts pods, been hearing a lot of good things about them. 

Disabled Vet here, driving much less, going out is a real hassle. I use their delivery system. They are kind, respectful, and always professional. They go out of their way to make your experience a good one. I wish nothing but the best for these guys and gals!

The new product selection is incredible—thoughtfully curated and clearly chosen with customers in mind. Whether you’re a seasoned cannabis user or just exploring, the staff makes it easy to find what you need. I personally struggle with sleep, and Jocelyn took the time to listen and recommend products that actually worked for me. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and completely on point. If you haven’t stopped by yet, do yourself a favor and check it out. This location is all about quality, care, and community. I can’t recommend it enough—go see for yourself!

Super cute place to chill and smoke. Food is ok, they were out of half the beverages on a Saturday afternoon. But overall great experience!
