Best place in Klamath! Awesome people and a great selection of items

We've been going here for years and love High Lakes dispensary! I like to shop around for the best products and prices and I keep coming back here for most of my Cannabis needs. Very competitive prices and top notch heady clean extracts! Service is always friendly and on point. I usually take awhile to figure out what I need and they never rush me, even when just browsing. Thanks Jessica and all the staff for the years of awesomeness helping us feel better!

Meagan P was great. Helped me navigate the impressive array of edibles. Hope she is there when I go back.

5 Stars, I work and shop here. We do our best to be great and focus on getting better every day. We strive to simplify your experience and maximize your value. We hope to be both informative and helpful. Join the Royalty Club, unlock the discounts. We are a slice of Ashland off the I-5. I personally hope you have a remarkable experience. Stop and smell our flowers!

Great experience everytime I go here. Helped me find a new quality battery thats great!

Great experience everytime! Everyone there is very friendly and outgoing. They were very knowledgeable when I needed help going in for the first time. They are great with keeping stock of everything and if it's not there they always give the best options to replace. I had an issue with an online order through leafly and they made it right without me asking. Things happen, they get busy, we all know things get lost easy with electronics. But they still made sure to not let me walk out without being 100% happy. I will be a returning customer until forever.

Nice solid selection, I'm mostly after carts and the occasional edible - also have some specific preferences or curiosities due to unique health issues. As someone who is new to the legal market after years of not smoking, and who often has some challenging questions, I've found some budtenders here struggling to direct me at times. A lot of new faces with varying degrees of knowledge here.. though there are some extremely well informed tenders that I'm grateful to learn from as I shop.

Budtender was great and super helpful. Product was great and I got a discount I wasn’t expecting. 10/10.

Super great experience every time. Ray is super friendly and knowledgeable about products. Just an overall great experience and atmosphere.

The spot quickly became my spot, thanks to people like Shannon, Rae, Yamire, Dame, Alex, Ryan, Josh, and Zack for making an amazing experience! They provide an amazing experience while shopping for their affordable great quality products!

Very pleasant all the time, I go quite often. I'm sorry I don't remember all of your name, however Emma was very helpful and I do recommend Emerald, even when your day before payday

I'm so glad they have reopened! It's my go to shop because of the daily 30% off deals and knowledgeable staff.

The Staff are always helpful and greet me with a smile

The lady budtender was super nice and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I shop a lot of local shops. I’m so tired of going to dispos to just get all this commercial weed. It’s an empty high. I called cannabis experience and have never been disappointed. The other shops in Medford just don’t have the same quality. They give there opinion on the high vs the percentage . Thanks buddy you always come through

Great place to get some smoke. They’ve got great deals too. The employees are fun to talk to and the decorations are sweet. I go here all the time.

Always a good experience with excellent customer service! I've been a customer with Sensible for 7 yrs, and they still continue to offer the best of the best!

Great people and great prices I love this place !

Great spot…in and out with an online order! Friendly staff

Greg was awesome! Knows his stuff very well, has excellent customer service and a fantastic attitude. His service is what makes return to kaleafa time after time again! Thanks again Greg!

The positive vibes at this dispensary start when you park - the lavender garden in front is stunning! This is my favorite local shop, today Austin and Serena were there to offer advice on some new merchandise and make sure I got what I was looking for. Thanks Nectar!

Love the white city store. Always extremely friendly. My only dispensary

The staff is friendly and helpful. They let you know what all the deals are for each day of the week. I always leave happy with my product

I went in because my cart batteries wasn’t working and not only did my problem got fixed my mood got fixed just by BEN’s energy and awesome customer service and truly knows what’s he’s doing between him and ZACH you truly can’t go wrong I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone you truly will be happy and BEN THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU TRULY MADE MY WEEK THANK YOU !!!! Your bosses are lucky to have a employee as good as you are my friend

Great weed af a very fair price, always have found 9.60 out the door grams that go for 12-14 other places in the valley. The employees are knowledgeable and put the weed in your face so u can get a good whiff of it.

An employee names Chris, helped me fund what I was looking for. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of their products. World class services!

Great selection of products and a friendly staff! A fun place to be!

The sign sold me, but what matters is inside. Super friendly, knowledgeable and hand curated with intention. I love that the staff can speak on new strains and LOCAL new stuff. They always have a thorough review and have not led me astray! For the person who said its unsafe, single woman here I always go before dark and I have never had a problem.
