Nice store with friendly staff who are friendly and helpful. The products and prices are excellent.

I have been shopping at 420 Grand Central for almost two years now. Everyone is friendly but not everyone that works there is knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I had to shop in the store last week instead of shopping on line first and then driving there to pick it up. I wanted a specific strain and the gal told me they didn't have it. I did notice that a lot of the strains are in the wrong cabinets. For instance, you have Pamelina in the sativa cabinet and it's a Indica Dominant strain at 60/40. They also have Pablo Escobar in the Sativa cabinet and it's a 50/50 Hybrid. So I think the strain I was looking for was probably in the wrong cabinet and I was told they didn't have any. I went home and went directly to their online menu and guess what...I found the strain I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and didn't have time to go get it. I tried the next morning, but it wasn't on the menu. Two of the strains I ended up buying were in the wrong cabinets and I won't purchase those again. I will continue to shop there, but ONLY online. When I make my order online and they confirm it, then I know for sure the product I want is waiting for me. What I should have done though is ask the person to go in back and check, but I didn't and she didn't offer to go look either. She couldn't give any feedback of her own about the products, just what customers had told her. I think it would be helpful if the hired help had some knowledge about the strains.

My wife is critically ill. I have been driving these guys crazy running down the right strains for her multiple conditions. I go to only two weed stores and this is one of them. Super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, I absolutely love this place.

Very knowledgeable staff and friendly service! They have the best selection of top shelf marijuana around. I love how easy it is to see their products in the cases. Definitely recommend this store and it's friendly employees.

Just moved here from Hawaii first time picking up in a store like it should be, the selection and choices were a bit overwhelming, The staff recognizing this ( Dominque ) was attentive and helped me make a selection. The store is under some remodeling but is set up to run rather efficiently. The parking is almost like a drive through in and out. Will be going back to this spot. Would like to see a menu posted here would like to review and choose before I arrive there.. Mahalo

I LOVE this shop. I vibe with all the employees. Prices are good and they have awesome deals everyday. It's a hole in the wall but by far the best pot shop in Tacoma! Love you guys!

Well it’s busy and on Friday afternoon and 25% sale day it looked to be “4end of the world day “ but that didn’t stop my staff member from helping me with everything to get it right. And prices were fantastic everything I got was nearly on sale .

This is one of my favorite dispensaries in Tacoma, the staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the lemon slushee by fire bros. Chaos helped me today and he was very attentive and friendly. 5 stars all day long!

This place is beautiful. I mean it. Not only is it stuffed full of amazing products at really good prices, but it is covered in a literal jungle of plants. Every time I have come into this store, there is good music playing. And the budtenders are very knowledgeable and kind. Best customer service at a pot shop I've ever had.

This is the closest shop to my house so to say I frequent this place a lot is an understatement. The decor is so welcoming, there's a really cool stone wall, and a mural as you leave. You can find friendly staff here that always have great recommendations to meet or exceed my expectations. I also enjoy the variety of products and knowing I can always get a deal with the daily deals or my points!

I'm a regular customer. Ordering online is convenient, and grants some pretty good discounts. The shop always smells amazing, and the staff are equally pleasant. My order is always promptly filled, and ready by the time I get there. My only gripe is that Indica edibles are a bit on the expensive side. Would recommend to a friend.

The store is beautiful. The products I found are quality, displays are in inviting . I’ve been in this store three times. Myself and the same friend, both of us found the one Bud Tender ( male, long hair, glasses) is always sarcastic and this last time very rude to my friend. I refuse to have him help me . Next time I will call him out. Younger gentleman with blonde hair, glasses is very knowledgable and friendly.

My bud tender today was Sara. She's always so nice and very helpful. I'm still learning the "weed talk" and Sara has helped tremendously.

Hands down the best dispensary in the area, and best dispensary I’ve ever been too. It’s a cozy atmosphere, and the employees are nothing short of amazing. Truly a kind, and caring bunch who always ask how we are doing, asks how my family is doing, and it’s genuine. The products and prices are good, and I’ve never been disappointed. Idk what y’all are saying about the staff. Sure you have to wait a few minutes to get some help when they’re busy, but that’s mostly because they give customers their full attention. Which is good, because they’re selling something that can be very personal, given it's effects. Both the guys and the girls I’ve had help me out were very nice, and took what I was looking for to heart and offered their best strains it. The atmosphere is clean and modern, and also sans strobe/flashing lights (thank god) but with varying music (rap, alternative, ect). The quality, so far, has been great.

My bud tender was very knowledgeable. Large variety of cannabis and smoke shop products. The whole lay out of the shop is impressive. To top is all of the prices are kick ass. My new favorite spot! Was a little hard to find my first time; look for the Lucid sign near some high voltage lines along Auburn Way, same parking lot as a coffee stand - it's a small shop with frosted windows towards the back of the complex. Staff were friendly and flower selection seems pretty good with both quality and budget options - ounce of Zoo Dawg I got from them looks great! Was not busy early evening on a Saturday - easy in and out, good online order experience. Definitely keeping them in mind next time I need to run errands near Kent/Auburn!

Over the course of the last decade, I have been to many many dispensaries. Throughout the entire Pacific northwest region, Canna Beach Dispensary is the best. In addition to their prices, quality of product and variety – they have Brett. Brett is the most knowledgeable, caring and informed bud tender I have had the pleasure to work with. He is professional and knowledgeable and speaks with candor and thought on various products for various needs. If you are looking to get stoned – Brett has great advice. Do you have pain that needs to be soothed? Brett has got you covered. If the owners are worth their salt, they are reading this – please give Brett a raise! Make him a partner! Especially in these trying times – our good employees are one of our greatest and most valuable assets we have. I truly hope that this review gets Brett the recognition and praise he deserves.
