They are so fantastic! I needed a lot of help with so many questions I had when they were out of what I was after.Very patient and fixed me up with a backup strain.Also,the strains that I was looking for are nearly impossible to find,but they have them!(just ran out of one).The prices are good,friendly people(and I can really ramble on)I am very picky about where I shop, this will be only the 3rd store that I will be giving my husband's money to LOL,and I'm sooo happy I found it.Great location you can get off and on the interstate very easy from north or south bound I-5.I can't wait for another visit or online order from Leafly.

Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. They even know what I like to use to help treat my rheumatoid arthritis.

Bright green exterior makes it really easy to see, even in typical PNW weather. Best selection of pre rolls I've seen so far. Budtenders seem really knowledgeable and eager to help you find what you need. Dude with the beard told me about a CBD stick I hadn't seen before for back cramping. Highly recommend if you're in South Everett or just coming off the 5/405.

Thank you Higher Leaf for your kindness I was prescribed Marijuana by my doctor because of a catastrophic ear injury. Marijuana helps me deal with my heinous symptoms. The staff at Higher Leaf have gone above and beyond in helping me get my medicine. I order on line, and call from Higher Leafs parking lot to let them know I arrived. They turn off the music before I enter, and a budtender makes sure the door to the store doesn't slam as customers are coming and going. Thank you, Higher Leaf for helping me get through this difficult time.

This is my favorite Access Point of all. I never find better medicine and the suggested donation price is always perfect. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating.. Matt Kovarsky overwhelmingly made Novel Tree the place of choice of hundreds of medical and recreational users in the greater Seattle area. We heard recently that Matt Kovarsky is no longer with Novel Tree as of November, 2023. While his defining contribution will and can never be fully undone, Novel Tree will never be even close to the same store that it was with his presence. Matt Kovarsky was THE SINGULAR REASON we chose Novel Tree for so very many years. Now that we hear that he is gone, we find it quite hard not to look for another dispensary. Matt Kovarsky, you will be sorely, sorely missed! Does anyone know where he has gone?

Subsequent visits have shown they are covering the 6-8 dollar a gram in flower so to be honest I have to up my review. I really appreciated the 420 sale at the most time of everyone's need and The Purple Pantera is Heavy Metal. Xclusive is my top pick for outdoor mid for the Budgetssuer minded. Covering all bases means saving money for higher grade products which they cover well. They might be putting up with me for some time. Chip aka Warren.

Just moved here from Texas and this little shop is right down the road from me. The staff here have been nothing but welcoming and knowledgeable as I adjust to this new "Legal" life lol.
