The whole store itself is a perfect place. Looks like a coffee shop from afar, but becomes a GAS station when you step inside. The budtenders are very helpful and talk to you on a personal level and not just a sales person. They make a great connection with the customer.

We love the staff and the vibe. Great discounts daily. Good selection of local brands for carts and flower. Also have edibles and capsules.

All of the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The budtenders are more than happy to share their experiences and mini reviews of taste with different strains and are prepared to make recommendations on the spot. They are always getting new inventory and also the returning favorites, and running out of weed is almost something to look forward to so I can return and experience their customer service again.

I found my spouses favorite strain here (Point Break) in a jar of pre-rolls from Phat Panda. A little pricey, but it was an entire oz which was phenomenal

I go once a week and have been for more than a year. I’ve met nearly all of the staff. They really make en effort to understand what you are looking for. They really nerd out on cannabis if you let them! I’ve learned so much from them and it only has resulted in awesome highs. They never push a product. I never feel I’m being “sold to”. Last point: I drive from Stanwood 30 min away just for the strains/peeps.

Sadly, I am abandoning Floyd's. I have been a happy customer for years. I preorder and have not had any troubles until recently. When I go in I am told that what I've ordered is 'out of stock' and then a substitute is promptly suggested. This has happened to me during the last four times I've ordered my preferred bud. And in the years prior it didn't happen once. I see a pattern here and I'm certain I'm not the only one who is experiencing this.

Corina is very, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. They have EXCELLENT CLONE STARTERS, and the best variety, from top shelf, down to budget, for people like me on unlimited income! they cater to veterans, senior citizens, and go out of their way to help you in anyway they can. Another thing that caught my eye, is they are upgrading, and adding on. the lounge is a good place to sit, and tell lies with your buddies !! they are going places. I wish them all the best. They have a good selection of edibles. I like coming here to get prerolls here too. They always have waters and tea when you wait which is only occasionally. The staff are extremely freindly and knowledgable.

Drove up from Oregon while I was visiting and drove over to Long Beach,Wa since it was only 40 mins away and went to this dispensary and I love it. Best weed I have gotten and I was comparing Colorado weed where I live with Oregon and Washington State Best to me is Washington them Oregon and then Colorado. Older gentleman was very friendly and helpful and I walked iut with a jar of joints 8 ct total and a Phat Panda 1gm Green Crack cartridge. Prices weee cheaper than any. Oregon doesn’t have sales tax at all but price before tax in Wash was cheaper than even Colorado. Thank you for treating great for my first visit to Washington state to try your cannabis. It is fire. This place is a great place to cop some good weed.
