My budtender was incredibly polite and respectful, taking the time to answer all my questions and offer helpful recommendations without any rush. Their knowledge and friendly demeanor made the whole process very comfortable. I also want to commend the store manager and the overall customer service and support. It's clear they prioritize their customers, ensuring a welcoming environment and top-notch assistance. Any questions or concerns were handled efficiently and with genuine care. Found this Gem dispensary and am so glad i did. The flower they have from culture farms is amazing. Old school GSC strains so yummy you will go back for more.

The line was a little slow since one budtender there were 2 .. decided to take her break at a very busy time 6 people in line... I understand break time is important but customer service in a very busy day .should be as important .

I have been coming to Floyd's for over a year now and I have to say it is one of the best dispensaries in Portland. Kelly is my budtender most of the time and she has always been so wonderful! She always gives me good recommendations and has a great attitude! I would definitely recommend checking out Floyd's!

Best dispensary in Portland by far! The ladies that run this place are killing it! I came in looking for clean and organic products and I was definitely able to find something that works perfect for me! I was happy to see that they have a lot of sativa strains like Acapulco Gold, Jack Herer, Durban Poison, on their shelves with lower THC %. I don't particularly enjoy high % flower. I ended up buying some XJ-13 flower and a Moonwalk cart for my partner. Great place! Great staff! Great products to choose from! Great vibes!

I saw the $5 eighths billboard in Portland for this store, went there, found that not only were the eighths $5 total, out the door, with all taxes, but they were even beautifully packaged in custom packaging. And, the weed was so good, and there was such variety, that I could go there seven days a week and get a different buzz each time! Absolutely best dispensary in the state, not just Portland!

So easy to order online and pick up. They have such a great variety it's easy to get carried away. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I find myself coming back, again, and again...

My first time at Love Buzz, I was on Leafly searching for 420 sales on Drops - Mango. Love Buzz was in my neighborhood, the Mango Drops that I was looking for was on sale at 50% off. I ended up shopping on Saturday and returned for 420, to purchase some more Drops, my meds. On 420 they gave away free meal tickets for a Stoopid Burger. It made my day. I shopped there twice and will return and told my friends about Love Buzz
