I love this place. All the employees I've encountered since I started coming here over a year ago have been fantastic. They know their products well and show fantastic customer service. I can have good conversations with them that just keep me coming back time after time. The products are always good quality.

If you're looking for a shop that can fulfill most all your need??? Then you to make this place your primary shop. I've shopped from Medford to Portland and they compete with most of the large stores. They have a large selection of most anything you could want. Want pre-rolls??? This is the ONLY store that has packs of pre-rolls instead of individual joints. Great shop guys. I'll definitely be back.

Amazing high quality cannabis, all organic too. The budtender was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and she was so nice. It's in the walking complex next to goodlife; took me a little bit to find it, but I'm so glad I made it in. 10/10 would recommend.

Green Cross is a nice dispensary. It’s not all pre-measured flower so you can actually see and smell what you are getting. It’s right in the way to Mt.Bachelor. They have ounce deals quite often in the $40-60 range. I do shop here regularly.

This is the go-to place in Bend. The prices are by far the best in town. They also have daily deals and great special's. I have been shopping at 420 Grand Central for almost two years now. Everyone is friendly but not everyone that works there is knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I had to shop in the store last week instead of shopping on line first and then driving there to pick it up. I wanted a specific strain and the gal told me they didn't have it. I did notice that a lot of the strains are in the wrong cabinets. For instance, you have Pamelina in the sativa cabinet and it's a Indica Dominant strain at 60/40. They also have Pablo Escobar in the Sativa cabinet and it's a 50/50 Hybrid. So I think the strain I was looking for was probably in the wrong cabinet and I was told they didn't have any. I went home and went directly to their online menu and guess what...I found the strain I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and didn't have time to go get it. I tried the next morning, but it wasn't on the menu. Two of the strains I ended up buying were in the wrong cabinets and I won't purchase those again. I will continue to shop there, but ONLY online. When I make my order online and they confirm it, then I know for sure the product I want is waiting for me. What I should have done though is ask the person to go in back and check, but I didn't and she didn't offer to go look either. She couldn't give any feedback of her own about the products, just what customers had told her. I think it would be helpful if the hired help had some knowledge about the strains.
