I placed a pre order through Leafly. Showed on-line as being on sale along with a couple other products. When I checked out I was charged full price, it was busy and I didn't want to hold the line up. Í shop here regularly and hope this doesn't happen again I'll go back to jars where I never had an issue with online ordering.

First of all, I want to say that I’ve been loyal to Nirvana dispensary from the very beginning—being there since their soft opening and right through their grand debut. The team there has always been friendly, genuine, and kind, and I truly appreciated the connection I felt with the people who worked hard to serve the community. But my heart breaks to say that my trust has been broken by the higher-ups. I’ve watched the prices climb relentlessly, felt the shifting of policies like a shell game, and seen the soul of this place change before my eyes. It’s like watching something you once cherished turn into just another corporate entity—a betrayal that stings deeply. The final blow came when I couldn’t even place an online order—my small amount of money, the many small purchases I made over the years, suddenly meant nothing. That felt like a slap in the face; it made me realize that the years of loyalty I showed, the support I gave with my hard-earned money, now seem insignificant. It’s a heartbreaking reminder that this is just business, that they’ve gone corporate, and in doing so, lost the heart and community that once made Nirvana special. So no, I won’t be giving a single cent more. I won’t step into your dispensary with my little money anymore, because I’ve been made to feel that my loyalty and my support don’t matter. What happened to your Leafly menu?!! I used to love browsing here on the app and ordering ahead but now I can’t so that sucks. Otherwise, the store is great. Budtenders are top tier and even though they’re usually busy I was in and out quick

Amazing customer service. I was picking up my son’s order and mine. A co worker asked for the names to help out. Didn’t realize I received the wrong order. Correct first name. So I had to come back and return the incorrect order for the correct one. While at the time it seemed to feel like forever, the return went great, I was told “sorry and we appreciate your patience”. The employees are amazing, friendly and very helpful. Even snagged a new item, due to the wonderful girl working, explained the effects and that was awesome. Will continue to go to Curaleaf! Everyone should stop in!

The medicinal in the jars at the counter very good product u wont be disappointed. All the staff are nice there. ITS 24 hours u cant go wrong with that right. And it’s off grand hwy(60). Check them out!!!
