Tanisha was my budtender today and she was fantastic. She offered me a better deal (larger quantity) on my favorite product but I buy in smaller quantities in order to limit how much I smoke. I really appreciated her advice, her friendliness and professionalism. I've never had a negative experience at Story so the ones I've read are puzzling. Maybe it's time to look in the mirror, folks!

One closed temporarily and another felt like going to a nightclub with a line, to pick up my medical order. Ascend is well run, team members are welcoming and helpful. Ordering and checkout, including using rewards, is a breeze.

We drove 4 hours round trip, it was well worth it. We were greeted with a great customer service smile by Armando, he informed us of everything we needed to know being first time customers. Corey then greeted us at the door, he answered our questions and referred us to a certain product, it was super quick and easy. I recommend The Firehouse, it's also easy to find on Hwy 139. I love Ethos on Falls Road and the team there! They are so welcoming and the dispensary itself has a calming effect when you walk in from the outside world. They always have a parking spot open/free right out front so makes it super easy picking up my order when I drive there. Definitely check them out!!!
