Absolutely the best customer service and "vibe". I'm from out of town, visiting. I went in and got a gram each of 3 flowers. A week later I went back. Same kid (wish I could remember his name)... remembered me. Remembered the previous transaction. Remembered that I was a discount vet. You can't find that kind of employee these days! He will be, what we call, a SUCCESSFUL individual.

The flower is beautiful and they have a great variety of strains, the budtenders are super friendly and kind, they always have great deals and specials, lots of parking, easy access

Ive been a long time (11 years! ) customer of the og HQ. I absolutely love the new location too! Its so spacious and cute! They bring the same high vibes and top notch customer service as always. I notice they have a more curated selection of flower and I love the new walk up edible display! Im always looking for my top shelf concentrates, and they never disappoint. By chance we ended up here yesterday. We decided to try a new dispensary and just choose the closest one to where we were driving at the time. The universe knew we needed to find Bloominati! The budtender was fantastic! She was super knowledgeable and absolutely pleasant, (long dark hair) she made the whole experience superb! I regret we will no longer be frequenting our last shop, as this place is like FOA Swartz for adults! Thank you!

In always feel comfortable and welcome at HQ. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Of course, the quality of their products is the biggest draw.

I can't say enough good things about this store. I've been to all three Green Rooms and in each case, the store is clean, well organized and staff are AMAZING. Ironically in a state where customer service is generally awful, the folks at the Green Room are just phenomenal. They also seem to really enjoy their jobs and are incredibly focussed on customer service; not once have I gone in and felt like staff were putzing around or apathetic about helping me. I've been in my weird share of dispensaries since legalization and this is a sigh of relief - I'd recommend any of the Green Rooms to anyone, but HQ is definitely the best stocked. Amazing shop, amazing staff, and amazing stock! Glad you are here!

Great place, nice knowledgeable people working there, great deals like shatter-day and almost always got great flower at half off. Thanks to all who work there and the awesome growers that bring there stuff her.

The computers were down when I picked up my order. I got home and found that I was missing an item. I called and they talked to me and had the manager call me back. When the manager called me back he was so polite and accommodating. The situation was handled and resolved in under 30 minutes, without any problems and they are holding my item for me. I so appreciate the cusotmer service. It's a great experience every time I'm in. Thank you for taking care of me!

Walked into my fav dispensary spot today, got some hot products that are on the market right now, heard that they gon be opening up a bbq spot in the back of the shop, so I'll be goin around there to check out some of the stuff they got.

I had already tried to find a specific product at like 4 other places. Was beginning to lose hope and they had it! One of the employees was even going to check at another place connected to them that had just closed. Definitely a great place and great customer service.
