The line was a little slow since one budtender there were 2 .. decided to take her break at a very busy time 6 people in line... I understand break time is important but customer service in a very busy day .should be as important .

I've always enjoyed coming here. The staff genuinely seems to love their work, and the selection of top-shelf products is excellent. I always feel like I’m getting a fair price, and the team usually gives great bud recommendations. It’s definitely one of my go-to spots.

Found this Gem dispensary and am so glad i did. The flower they have from culture farms is amazing. Old school GSC strains so yummy you will go back for more.

Best selections with fresh product and very competitive pricing. Staff wasn’t rude like Cascade Kropz staff is and it was nice they don’t have people shooting up in the parking lot like Cascade Kropz does too! All the employees are quite friendly, welcoming and kind. I don't go to any other dispensary locally as they have not been so kind or polite in my experiences. I actually have had an employee at a different dispensary in the Dalles freak out and yell at me because I questioned the price as it was different than leafly showed. He (glasses long blonde hair at frontier) started yelling at me about it infront of about half a dozen ppl. I have found a happier vibe and haven't looked back

I live within walking distance to OBC and it is my favorite store. Sometimes they don't have shatter, but I purchase what isn't gooey to put on my flower to strengthen all for my pain. I love the staff as they are very kind and knowledgeable. I'm there for my monthly and sometimes a little extra during the month. I can do this because they have great deals. I've spent a lot of money here in the past 7 years, but love it all! Keep up the great job that you do! CRB

Online ordering is pointless for this Fire Cannabis location (Yakima). The inventory online is different than the in-store inventory is what I'm told by the staff. I have tried online ordering four times and every time was told they didn't have the product when I got to the store. Other than that I highly recommend Fire Cannabis (Yakima). Staff are always friendly and helpful. The store always has decent deals going. Definitely give them a try. I will definitely be going back. Hopefully they get the online ordering straightened out soon.
