The lady I spoke to was super kind and sweet.

Love this place. Its out of my way but always worth the trip.

Went looking for good cartridge deals and landed here. Tried a bunch I hadn't before, and they were alright. Sadly the brand I thought I landed on is gone now (hadn't heard of it before my buy), but there are still a few options at the very lowest end for me. And many more splurges or 2g's. They're also at a handy spot, relatively close to the freeway (I'm 20 minutes away along it). Wasn't super busy when I got there, but 2-3 people were waiting before I got done. Saw someone leave as I got there too (so they're not being avoided by the locals).

absolutely amazing. great prices, phenomenal folks who help and I just absolutely love the name lol

Good product and good price. Bit of a drive, but worth it.

Excellent experience. Ordered online. Super easy. Paid cash at store. Checked in easily. Medical Marijuana OMMP Card 20% off. Will definitely be back!! Very friendly and kind.

Absolutely love this place! Ricky and Shana are the best!!! Definitely know their stuff and always recommend the good bud!!

Cool shop with some good deals! I was quoted a cheaper price online and the shop honored it in person. Plus they have free stickers =)

The customer service at Pur Roots is always outstanding. The employees are so kind and helpful everytime I go in.

Great staff and prices, you can't go wrong shopping here take some time to look at the multiple cases of glass, ask about sales and specials it's worth the time and money

10/10 best store to go to. Out of the 3 dispos. this one is by far the nicest, friendliest and most welcoming group to buy from.

I've been a regular since 2015, and this is only shop in WA I go to. It's all the reasons straight up-Best products hands down, in every category. Best prices, largest discount, Best quality, Best variety, Best People behind the counter and the owner is a real one. All of this is capped with good vibes, respect for the plant and on site medical MJ experts on hand. If zombie apocalypse ever happens, this place is like the fuggin Winchester for me. Slice of fried gold.

They are excellent at replacing your product with something as close to what you asked for if they don't have enough to cover your order. I have ordered some prerolls online a couple of times now and they were short by one or two but made sure to give me a product very close to what I asked for. Always friendly and welcoming. I just moved to Longview and this quickly became my go to spot just based on the service with a smile and atmosphere.
