I've been shopping here for years and I probably come in about once a week for pre rolls and a new vape cartridge. The staff is always great and very friendly and they're always happy to take extra time with you and explain things. They always run some great sales and deals and everyone there is great. This one guy "Ron" and I talk about their pre roll selection all the time and he's the one that got me switched over to being a regular pruf cultivar smoker now.

Always good quality flower. Convenient spot. Friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

As a transplanted Californian this place has become the go to spot. Great selection and quality, which is what I’ve found troubling with similar establishments in the area. I was helped out by Craig & James today and the recommendations were on point, but everyone at this location has been wonderful to do business with, so friendly and helpful!

I was recently told about Cloud 9 from a friend, so I decided to try it myself. I am so glad I did, I firmly believe it is the best dispensary in town. Not only in it's product (which is top notch) but staff as well. Let's face it, if the staff are shitty then who's going to buy from you. I am more than happy with my choices, the staff were very knowledgable and helpful. Especially for Taylor and Charity! Those girls know their stuff. Go to Cloud 9, you will not be disappointed I assure you!!

This truly is a gem of a dispensary. Firefly has perfected their craft and continues to exceed expectations time and again with their product. I fully appreciate the family-owned and grown aspect, as well as the family and friends-of working vibe. Every individual that has assisted me there has been incredibly personable, knowledgeable, discreet regarding patron health, and compassionate in their interactions. So happy I stumbled into such a marvelous space. The people who work at T3 are top notch. I do occasionally shop at other dispensaries but this one is my favorite because of the service and knowledgeable staff.

I really like the staff here. Good herb and nice layout. Great location too right off the parkway on the south end and lots of parking. The young guy from WA was super nice and helpful.

My wife and I just happened to come by this place on our to another dispensary. The staff were amazing, friendly, wasting no time in explaining the 4/20 deals to us. Very welcoming and safe place!

FIRST off, it always smells so good when you walk through the door. It’s a cute, friendly location that’s in between two amazing local restaurants! It may be small, but it’s filled with some of the best vendors. It’s a great dispensary for our small bowl-like town.

This place has the best flower selection around. High tide and cookies is on point and it’s available most of the time.

I visited 2020 this evening and was helped by Matt. He gave me the best expert advice on some infused pre rolls. Highly recommend this establishment and great expert staff.

Best dispensary I’ve ever visited and I’ve been to around a dozen. They’re eager to help, listen to your needs, and never try pushing things on you. They also tend to have top tier bud and edibles.

I love Apex! I don't even go anywhere else. Don't need to - they always have someone who knows what I need and it's always something affordable. The amount of times I walked out with more than I expected with my budget... yeah this is my go to place. The budtenders are so cool and I always have a great time shopping here.

Quality has gone up the last review seems kinda old I walked In and got an oz for “under 40” Price is fair and reasonable, place is small and upcoming. Staff is friendly and their suggestions hit pretty hard

It was n.ot kule when restock. Cl,osed them down. Early. And when. They closed early without any explaining…. Now, a yeaR later they are on point. I found my spouses favorite strain here (Point Break) in a jar of pre-rolls from Phat Panda. A little pricey, but it was an entire oz which was phenomenal

Sadly, I am abandoning Floyd's. I have been a happy customer for years. I preorder and have not had any troubles until recently. When I go in I am told that what I've ordered is 'out of stock' and then a substitute is promptly suggested. This has happened to me during the last four times I've ordered my preferred bud. And in the years prior it didn't happen once. I see a pattern here and I'm certain I'm not the only one who is experiencing this.

The new location is very nice. Staff is always outgoing and friendly no matter how early. Good recommendations also. Easy to see how they have so many return customers!
