Came up to Tahoe for a show and found this awesome dispensary. Super cool people and a great selection. Steph was my bud tender, so cheerful and accommodating. Staff was super helpful when I got a little overwhelmed with all the choices. 10/10 will go again!

I had to switch numbers and I was told by another dispo in town that because my phone number was attached to my rewards, I had to spend all my rewards because they couldn’t transfer my points to the new number. I went to Zen and they requested the rewards transfer and it will be done in 24 hours! I almost never write reviews but the service I’ve had at zen is amazing and I’m very thankful for their help.

Ive been a long time (11 years! ) customer of the og HQ. I absolutely love the new location too! Its so spacious and cute! They bring the same high vibes and top notch customer service as always. I notice they have a more curated selection of flower and I love the new walk up edible display! Im always looking for my top shelf concentrates, and they never disappoint. Absolutely the best customer service and "vibe". I'm from out of town, visiting. I went in and got a gram each of 3 flowers. A week later I went back. Same kid (wish I could remember his name)... remembered me. Remembered the previous transaction. Remembered that I was a discount vet. You can't find that kind of employee these days! He will be, what we call, a SUCCESSFUL individual.

I called to find a particular strain. They did not have but recommended a new strain, I picked some up and found it to be way superior than what I had asked for.

Customer service was amazing, unfortunately product is not. I ordered some shatter and upon opening the package found it to be ooey gooey and not solid like shatter should be. Not sure how I'm going to get it out of the package without wasting most of it.

Ordered 12 plants online. Delivery is next day. My driver arrived but my debit card wasn't working. He was very patient and I asked if he could follow me to the bank to get the cash. He was very nice about everything so I gave him a $30 tip. Plants are healthy and green and once I get them acclimated they will go into big pots.
