Jannette is happy, excited to help, always smiling and interacting with the people. Use her talent, attitude and knowledge! Right now it is being wasted!! I give her 10 stars Thank you Dawn Hughes

Absolutely love this shop!! It’s truly the best shop you can visit in Pendleton ! Dominick was our bud tender and per usual he’s awesome !! Me and my husband Justin love coming here !

I had already tried to find a specific product at like 4 other places. Was beginning to lose hope and they had it! One of the employees was even going to check at another place connected to them that had just closed. Definitely a great place and great customer service.

Super friendly people super helpful and great selection of great quality products

I needed curbside pickup and Oasis made it simple! I got great service and quality products!

Mikaela was extremely kind and helpful while purchasing dab today!

Always a great smile and fast and friendly service. Very knowledgeable and prices are fair. My go to place for all we might ever need.

I live within walking distance to OBC and it is my favorite store. Sometimes they don't have shatter, but I purchase what isn't gooey to put on my flower to strengthen all for my pain. I love the staff as they are very kind and knowledgeable. I'm there for my monthly and sometimes a little extra during the month. I can do this because they have great deals. I've spent a lot of money here in the past 7 years, but love it all! Keep up the great job that you do! CRB

New management is wonderful! I’ve been going for some time now and the improvements made are dope, pun totally intended. They have their own farm and the buds are fire! I won’t be shopping any place else!

It is always a pleasant experience shopping at Ponderosa. A relaxed atmosphere and a very helpful professional staff. Always have great products and a good variety. I like doing business where the employees have genuine smiles. Thank you

Been shopping here when it opened. And it's fast, easy and awesome customer service!

Perfect! They are the best shop in town! By far! I love the staff, they are friendly and fast. Very helpful too. I won’t buy from anywhere else. Thanks Frontier Farms for great customer experience.

Jay,Rigo, Scott,Mike,Rae (ex employee Fran) and the gals! Best people ever! 2 yr customer and counting.

This is my place to go. They have great employees and they are always friendly and helpful. They also have great prices and don't forget Happy Hour great deals.

This place is amazing! Everyone in there knows what they are taking about! Won't go anywhere else!

All the employees are quite friendly, welcoming and kind. I don't go to any other dispensary locally as they have not been so kind or polite in my experiences. I actually have had an employee at a different dispensary in the Dalles freak out and yell at me because I questioned the price as it was different than leafly showed. He (glasses long blonde hair at frontier) started yelling at me about it infront of about half a dozen ppl. I have found a happier vibe and haven't looked back

Quality products, fun atmosphere, and the bud tenders are knowledgeable.

As always, great prompt service for having on-line order ready. Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable.

Sedona location has the most friendly and accommodating staff they are all amazing!

Found this Gem dispensary and am so glad i did. The flower they have from culture farms is amazing. Old school GSC strains so yummy you will go back for more.

The line was a little slow since one budtender there were 2 .. decided to take her break at a very busy time 6 people in line... I understand break time is important but customer service in a very busy day .should be as important .

This place has a big selection and they get new stuff in. Reasonable prices also is important. Thanks for being a cool choice to shop!

I've been coming here for a minute or two... I moved to Kelso WA. short time ago, but I still come here for my greenery. Best customer service I've had consistently for quite some time. Will never stop coming here, long as I can still drive! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN HERE!

Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable about their products. They all seem to love their job and it really shows. You’ve always steered me in the right direction. I so appreciate all of you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is my go to place unless I’m traveling

Traveling through and made a stop to try something. Had a great experience, product was good and so was the Customer service. I recommend stopping here for all your pot needs.
