This is by far my favorite shop in town! The deals they have are always 25% off and always consistent with what I am looking for. The selection is great but also the budtenders there are INCREDIBLY nice and knowledgeable, I refer my friends here all the time and haven’t heard a bad comment yet, everyone seems to be very pleased with this shop. Amazing atmosphere and it always smells so good, they definitely know how to hook you up with what you’re looking for.

This place is beautiful. I mean it. Not only is it stuffed full of amazing products at really good prices, but it is covered in a literal jungle of plants. Every time I have come into this store, there is good music playing. And the budtenders are very knowledgeable and kind. Best customer service at a pot shop I've ever had.

The whole store itself is a perfect place. Looks like a coffee shop from afar, but becomes a GAS station when you step inside. The budtenders are very helpful and talk to you on a personal level and not just a sales person. They make a great connection with the customer.

The store is beautiful. The products I found are quality, displays are in inviting . I’ve been in this store three times. Myself and the same friend, both of us found the one Bud Tender ( male, long hair, glasses) is always sarcastic and this last time very rude to my friend. I refuse to have him help me . Next time I will call him out. Younger gentleman with blonde hair, glasses is very knowledgable and friendly.

I love the online ordering option. Always friendly vibes. When I first started smoking, they helped me find great strains for exactly the type of high I was looking for. They also have a 25% off discount for military/veterans. Obviously military can’t really use it, but it’s awesome for veterans! Thank you Western Bud for your appreciation of military men and women!

This is my second visit and was helped by Audrey. She absolutely was able to help me with different products and was able to patch this old woman up so I can keep working. I will keep visiting and trying all the wonderful products they have. You can not go wrong if your needing help with medical issues, and just plain relaxing. Sadly, I am abandoning Floyd's. I have been a happy customer for years. I preorder and have not had any troubles until recently. When I go in I am told that what I've ordered is 'out of stock' and then a substitute is promptly suggested. This has happened to me during the last four times I've ordered my preferred bud. And in the years prior it didn't happen once. I see a pattern here and I'm certain I'm not the only one who is experiencing this.
