Stopped in here to pick up an online order as I noticed they had a strain I had really wanted to try. The price good, the staff was very friendly and informative, the store had a cool vibe with a kind of modern rustic decor going on, and the actual product was above and beyond my expectations. Great first experience here and will be back!

I live within walking distance to OBC and it is my favorite store. Sometimes they don't have shatter, but I purchase what isn't gooey to put on my flower to strengthen all for my pain. I love the staff as they are very kind and knowledgeable. I'm there for my monthly and sometimes a little extra during the month. I can do this because they have great deals. I've spent a lot of money here in the past 7 years, but love it all! Keep up the great job that you do! CRB

I have been coming to Floyd's for over a year now and I have to say it is one of the best dispensaries in Portland. Kelly is my budtender most of the time and she has always been so wonderful! The line was a little slow since one budtender there were 2 .. decided to take her break at a very busy time 6 people in line... I understand break time is important but customer service in a very busy day .should be as important .

One of if not THE BEST cannabis shop in NW Portland! Everyone is super friendly and the staff always makes me feel incredibly welcome when you walk in the door. The budtenders are very knowledgeable and always recommend products to try without being pushy. The prices are above average but the quality of the cannabis is definitely worth it. Amazing selections, low prices and wonderful staff. when you go to a dispensary often times the encounter is rushed. not here, they take the time to get to know you, your smoking needs and likes. they even know when I am not feeling well by seeing me which is rare and then provide me a solution to help alleviate my symptoms. I really don't trust any dispensary as much as i do theirs.

Walked into my fav dispensary spot today, got some hot products that are on the market right now, heard that they gon be opening up a bbq spot in the back of the shop, so I'll be goin around there to check out some of the stuff they got.

I saw the $5 eighths billboard in Portland for this store, went there, found that not only were the eighths $5 total, out the door, with all taxes, but they were even beautifully packaged in custom packaging. And, the weed was so good, and there was such variety, that I could go there seven days a week and get a different buzz each time! Absolutely best dispensary in the state, not just Portland!

I had already tried to find a specific product at like 4 other places. Was beginning to lose hope and they had it! One of the employees was even going to check at another place connected to them that had just closed. Definitely a great place and great customer service.

Floyd's is my go-to dispensary one thousand percent! The staff is friendly and helpful, and were super understanding a couple of months ago when I couldn't remember my PIN (blonde moment!)!
